The ColRich team, based in San Diego’s Little Italy, fell in love with the Valle de Guadalupe following several visits to northern Baja. Enamored by the area’s picturesque setting, earthy vibe and unique textural architecture, the Valle de Guadalupe is where the vision for Epoca’s new homes in Otay Mesa was born. Integrating authentic natural building materials with native landscaping, Epoca reimagines the Valle’s rustic modern design aesthetic for San Diegans. Here, a brand-new community of warmth, comfort and resilience springs to life.
